This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed.

All transactions processed through our platform are subject to review, compliance checks, and settlement procedures.

Refunds are only available for eligible transactions and may be approved at the sole discretion of Geekforbest Limited.

2. Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refund requests may be considered in the following situations:

• Duplicate transactions
• Incorrect payment amount caused by system error
• Failed transactions where funds were deducted but service was not completed
• Unauthorized transactions confirmed through investigation
• Technical processing errors caused by the platform

3. Non-refundable Transactions

The following transactions are generally non-refundable:

• Successfully completed transfers
• Transactions confirmed by the user
• Losses caused by incorrect recipient information submitted by the user
• Delays caused by banking systems, blockchain networks, or third-party service providers
• Transactions involving compliance restrictions, sanctions, AML reviews, or regulatory requirements

4. Refund Request Process

Users must submit refund requests by contacting our support team and providing:

• Transaction ID
• Payment details
• Reason for refund request
• Supporting documents if required

Refund requests should be submitted within 7 business days from the transaction date.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 to 15 business days, depending on:

• Payment channel
• Banking partner processing time
• Compliance review requirements

Processing fees, FX losses, network fees, or third-party charges may be deducted from the refunded amount where applicable.

6. Compliance and Risk Review

Geekforbest Limited reserves the right to:

• Request additional verification documents
• Suspend or reject refund requests during AML/KYC investigations
• Hold transactions for compliance review where required by applicable laws or regulations
