Geekforbest Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to preventing money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, and other illegal activities through the implementation of Anti-Money Laundering (“AML”) and Know Your Customer (“KYC”) procedures.
This AML / KYC Policy applies to all users, clients, partners, and transactions conducted through the GSalary platform.
1. Purpose
The purpose of this Policy is to:
• Prevent misuse of our platform for illegal activities
• Ensure compliance with applicable AML and counter-terrorist financing
laws
• Verify customer identity and transaction legitimacy
• Maintain a secure and compliant payment environment
2. Customer Identification (KYC)
Geekforbest Limited may require users or merchants to provide identity verification documents, including but not limited to:
Individual Customers
• Passport
• National ID card
• Proof of address
• Selfie or liveness verification
Corporate Customers
• Certificate of Incorporation
• Business Registration Certificate
• Shareholding structure
• Director and shareholder identification documents
• Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) information
• Proof of business activities
We reserve the right to request additional documents where necessary.
3. Customer Due Diligence (CDD)
We conduct risk-based customer due diligence procedures, including:
• Identity verification
• Business activity review
• Source of funds review
• Sanctions and watchlist screening
• Ongoing transaction monitoring
Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) may be applied to high-risk customers, jurisdictions, or transaction patterns.
4. Transaction Monitoring
All transactions may be monitored for suspicious activity, including but not limited to:
• Unusual transaction patterns
• Large or rapid fund movements
• Structuring or layering activities
• Transactions involving high-risk jurisdictions
• Sanctions-related activities
Geekforbest Limited reserves the right to delay, reject, suspend, or report transactions where necessary.
5. Sanctions Compliance
We comply with applicable sanctions laws and screening requirements.
Transactions or users associated with sanctioned individuals, entities, or jurisdictions may be blocked or rejected.
6. Record Keeping
Geekforbest Limited maintains records of customer information, transaction history, and compliance documentation in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
7. Reporting Obligations
Where required by law or regulation, we may report suspicious activities or transactions to relevant regulatory, law enforcement, or financial intelligence authorities.
8. Risk-Based Approach
We apply a risk-based compliance framework and may classify customers into different risk levels based on:
• Geographic location
• Business type
• Transaction behavior
• Source of funds
• Regulatory exposure
Additional verification or restrictions may apply to higher-risk customers.
9. User Responsibilities
Users must:
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Update information when changes occur
• Cooperate with compliance reviews and verification requests
Failure to comply may result in account suspension, transaction rejection, or termination of services.

11. Governing Law
This AML / KYC Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
